Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal programmesAssist in employee communication initiatives and campaignsSupport OD projects including surveys, data collection, and reportingAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR communicationsTrack engagement activities and support simple reporting/dashboard updatesCollaborate with business units and support ad-hoc HR initiativesQualifications
Currently pursuing Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Statistic or related fieldStrong interest in OD, Engagement, and Talent DevelopmentGood communication skills and proactive attitudeOrganised with attention to detail (especially for reporting tasks)Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (basic data tracking / dashboard exposure is a plus)
