Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operation and administration
Support recruitment activities (e.g. job posting, interview coordination and onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks
Prepare reports and data analysis as required

Requirements:

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Admin / Psychology or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PPT)
Eager to learn, positive attitude and able to work in a team
Final year students are encouraged to apply
