Network Support & Technical Assistance

• Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
• Support network infrastructure maintenance including LAN/WAN and wireless networks
• Assist senior engineers in project implementation and deployment activities
• Help monitor network performance and identify potential issues

Project & Pre-Sales Support

• Support preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations
• Assist in network solution design and project coordination
• Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and technical briefings when required
