Interview Engineer- Backend

What You'll Do

• Conduct backend technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-

free platform

• Assess candidates' coding skills, system design thinking, technical knowledge,

communication, and problem-solving approach

• Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance

• Help refine interview content and processes over time

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of professional backend development experience (strict

requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered)

• Strong hands-on backend coding experience in one or more of: Java, Python

• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, and API/system

design
