What you'll do

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-free platform

• Assess candidates' coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach

• Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate's performance

• Help refine interview content and processes over time
