Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient inventory operations. The role oversees stock movements, conducts inventory audits, investigates discrepancies, and supports operational requirements through effective inventory control practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances
- Track stock movements, transfers, issuances, and receipts
- Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and variances
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment of inventory
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO)
