Investment Manager – Data Center Infrastructure

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Investment Manager to join our data center investment team. As employee Number 1, you will lead end-to-end investment processes, from origination support to post-acquisition management, with a primary focus on data center assets across Brazil. You will be responsible for rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution, working closely with development, operations, and legal teams. Reporting line: Global COO.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Execution & Due Diligence

- Lead commercial, financial, and technical due diligence for potential data center acquisitions, greenfield developments, and JV partnerships.

- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence teams (legal, tax, technical, environmental, ESG) and synthesize findings into investment committee materials.
