IQA Manager

Overview

An Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) Lab Manager is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, components, and incoming products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements before entering the production line. To manage laboratory operations, lead inspection teams and maintain technical compliance and to drive supplier in quality related issues to meet ASEM requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Group and lead QA engineers/executives to strive for continuous quality improvement on incoming material defects from supplier.
2. Monitor supplier KPI and work on programs to improve quality.
3. Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance & identify areas for improvement. Perform supplier line audit to ensure supplier meets requirements.
4. Develop effective and efficient procedure for inspection for earlier detection of defective incoming material.
