IQC Inspector (Pumps)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that raw materials, components, or products received from suppliers meet the company's quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Observe and monitor the environmental conditions of the working area.
• Inspect incoming materials, components, and products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform various tests (visual, functional, mechanical, chemical) on incoming materials.
• Measure physical attributes using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Conduct material or product sampling to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Record and document all incoming quality inspection results.
• Maintain accurate logs of inspections, findings, and test results.
• Report any issues to the Quality Assurance Engineer, Engineering, or procurement teams.
