Core Job Responsibilities
1. CLM Tool Selection & Vendor Governance Oversight
- Lead the end-to-end CLM tool selection lifecycle in partnership with the BA, legal, finance, and procurement teams; define formal tool selection criteria, evaluation frameworks, and scoring rubrics tailored to enterprise contract management needs, compliance mandates, and scalability requirements.
- Oversee vendor shortlisting, RFP/RFI development and distribution, vendor demo coordination, reference checks, and cost-benefit analysis; validate vendor capabilities for CLM core modules, integration readiness, security compliance, and post-implementation support.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, licensing terms, SLA commitments, and implementation timelines; mitigate vendor-related risks and resolve contractual disputes throughout the selection and implementation phase.
