Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to keep our business‑critical systems running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for Infor M3 and its connected applications — resolving issues, improving processes and building capability across the business.
What You'll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Infor M3, POS, Customer Portal and Power Apps
- Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes
- Manage user access and roles, maintaining least‑privilege controls
- Support releases, testing and post‑deployment stabilisation
- Identify improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows
- Deliver training and coaching to users across branches and sites
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and training materials
