Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to keep our business‑critical systems running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for Infor M3 and its connected applications — resolving issues, improving processes and building capability across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Infor M3, POS, Customer Portal and Power Apps
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement fixes
  • Manage user access and roles, maintaining least‑privilege controls
  • Support releases, testing and post‑deployment stabilisation
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows
  • Deliver training and coaching to users across branches and sites
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and training materials
