Job Description

About the role

The purpose of this role is to assist the corporate IT team to support the IT systems and related IT infrastructure (Printers, Servers, CAD Machines, Network and Comms), plus provide a local IT helpdesk service for the PSO site to log and manage requests for service and new requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar degrees
  • At least 2 years of systems or IT experience including system support, integration, design, analysis and implementation.
  • Working knowledge of the processes and procedures of an ITIL service desk function, with demonstrable knowledge of Incident, Issue, Problem, Change and Configuration management procedures.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
  • Practical knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, Cisco switching and routing, Wireless networking and internet security and connectivity.
