Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support as needed.
  • Perform monthly FTAs and track countermeasures.
  • Monitor security and event logs monthly and document issues.
  • Maintain updated copy of software licenses and contact info for disaster recovery.
  • Manage and track company software discs and storage.
  • Update instant support and support ticket logs as required.
  • Manage system upgrade projects as scheduled.
  • Track and maintain inventory and assets
  • Monitor firewall logs and investigate potential intrusions or errors
  • Monitor virus and threat messages on servers and workstations and remove any that are found. Countermeasure required.
  • Daily server performance monitoring and tracking
  • Perform monthly server maintenance tasks
