Requirements: Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc. Good knowledge in Networking, Printer, Domain, AD Server management Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems Keep a good record of company's IT assets Tasks-oriented with good service attitude Strong interpersonal communication skills and user support experience Quick learner and hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations Able to speak Mandarin and English to liaise with various skateholders
