Responsibilities
  • Manage IT digital assets and requirements of the company.
  • Provide first-tier support for computers, printers and network issues.
  • Conduct routine device check and ensure data backup procedures are in place.
  • Manage company’s cloud storage system and IT documentation compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support records.
  • Coordinate IT incidents, requests, and assist in IT projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of operational experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with email systems, network printers, and IT asset management.
  • Understanding of IT security concepts.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
