Responsibilities
- Manage IT digital assets and requirements of the company.
- Provide first-tier support for computers, printers and network issues.
- Conduct routine device check and ensure data backup procedures are in place.
- Manage company’s cloud storage system and IT documentation compliance.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support records.
- Coordinate IT incidents, requests, and assist in IT projects as assigned.
- Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of operational experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with email systems, network printers, and IT asset management.
- Understanding of IT security concepts.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
