Job Description

Responsibilities:

✅ Network & System Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues.

  • Ensure seamless internet and POS system connectivity across outlets.

    • ✅ IT Support & Maintenance:

  • Provide technical support for POS systems, billing software, and CCTV surveillance.

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues in outlets.

  • Ensure timely system updates and backups.

    • ✅ Security & Data Management:

  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data and transactions.

  • Manage user access, passwords, and IT policies.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    • ✅ Vendor & Asset Management:

  • Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
