Install, configure, and maintain

Perform
diagnostics and troubleshooting
for hardware issues.
Manage

Conduct
preventive maintenance
and regular system health checks.
Support
hardware upgrades and replacements
across the organization.
Document and track
hardware inventory
and asset lifecycle.
Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve escalated hardware problems.
Ensure compliance with
IT security and safety standards .
