- Works in close collaboration with account management, database administration, product development, and system engineering as necessary to facilitate rapid problem-solving and implement changes.
- Develops technical configuration change steps.
Job Qualifications/Education
- BS degree in related IT or business field or equivalent work experience.
- Requires 3+ years of related experience such as working in product implementation or support including leadership experience.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business, and technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills required including demonstrated knowledge of RDBMS.
