Job Description

The Field Service Technician / Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems in a healthcare environment. This role supports end users both remotely and onsite, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and successful deployment of IT equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities

+ Receive, review, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

+ Provide technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person assistance

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

+ Utilize remote access tools to resolve user issues efficiently

+ Support deployment and configuration of Windows 10/Windows 11 systems

+ Assist in operating system migrations (Windows 10 to Windows 11)
