We are seeking an entry-level IT Intern to join our People, Systems & Information department at 2 Roads! The Intern will provide high-quality technical support while maintaining the integrity of the organization’s digital infrastructure. This position is based in Germiston and will focus on first-level user support, hardware maintenance, and the administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Exchange, Share Point, and One Drive).

Key Responsibilities User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., password resets, printer issues, basic application assistance).
