IT MAC SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The IT support specialist is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5-day work weekschedule. He/She will be grown to lead a team if the performance is outstanding.

• Provide advanced support for Windows 11 , macOS , and Apple devices (ipad/iphone).
• Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for both Windows and Mac environments.
• Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
  • BitLocker / Filevault encryption issues
  • BSOD/crash diagnostics
• Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Handle O365 support , including Word, Excel, Outlo...
