Penn-co Construction is hiring an IT Manager at its Steinbach office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations, including service delivery, support, and escalation management.
• Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented IT environment focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Improve IT processes, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and ticketing practices.
• Maintain and support core infrastructure including networks, firewalls, VPNs, endpoints, Microsoft 365, backups, and remote connectivity.
• Help ensure systems are secure, reliable, documented, and scalable.
• Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and cybersecurity partners.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, remediation tracking, endpoint protection, and incident response coordination.
• Support budgeting, procurement, licensing, lifecycle planning, and vendor management.
