Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Support the ERP system, including user support, issue analysis, and basic report customization.
  • Assist in minor system enhancements, scripting, and basic programming tasks when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hardware, software, and IT resources; handle IT asset and software audits.
  • Collaborate with the HQ IT team to resolve specific IT issues and ensure alignment with group-wide IT policies and standards.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
