  • Round-the-clockmonitoringandmaintenanceoftheSystem(hardwareandsoftware)toensuresystemuptime in accordance to SLA commitments
  • Respondtoallincident/servicecallsandbefirstresponderonsitetotroubleshootandresolveincidents including basic repairs or parts replacements
  • Create/updateandtrackticketinticketingtooltoclosureobservingSLAcommitments
  • Escalate,whennecessary,inaccordancetoescalationmatrix
  • Performregularpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance,troubleshootingsystemhardwareandallcomputer-based systems.
  • . hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.
  • Liaiseandworkcloselywithcustomerstoaddressserviceconcernsandtosolvetechnicalproblems.
  • Workwithtechnicalteamtoresolvemoreadvancedissueswhennecessary
  • PerformInstall/Move/Add/Change(IMAC)activitiesastasked
  • Ensureallmaterialisproperlydocumentedandhandedoverduringshiftchanges
