Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate jobs with Technicians.
  • Respond to clients concerns promptly.
  • Respond to Relationship Managers requests.
  • Post Fitment Job.
  • Assist the Operations team if a task is assigned.
  • Managing basic IT tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in English Arabic and basic Hindi/Urdu an advantage
