In our IT Transformation & Country Management division of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a “IT Process Manager (m/f/d)”.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • In your role as IT Process Manager (m/f/d) in our Demand, Portfolio, and Service Management department you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our IT processes.

  • You will evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks as well as design and implement new or improved processes that enhance demand, portfolio, and service management.

  • In regards to stakeholder collaboration you will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and provide expert support throughout the process lifecycle and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
