Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.


 

This role focuses on managing multiple MS Excel Workbooks in a fast-moving environment to track project financials, resources, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.


 

Responsibilities:




  • Manage multiple MS Excel Workbooks to track project estimates across multiple software development teams

  • Track awarded funding and reconciliation against provided estimates

  • Forecast resources to established funding amounts and delivery timelines
