As a leading third-party logistics provider, Culina Group recognises that Information Technology is critical to our strategy and operational excellence.The IT Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, multi-site IT programmes — with a specific focus on warehousing and logistics technologies across the Ambient division. The role ensures programmes are prioritised, governed effectively, delivered on time, and fully aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Programme Manager

  • Ensure prioritisation, planning, and successful delivery of major IT programmes across warehousing and logistics
  • Operate within Culina Group’s PMO governance framework — including PID creation, RAID management, reporting, and gate reviews
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, providing direction, coaching, and escalation support
