Project Planning & Governance



  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and risk assessments.

  • Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, compliance standards, and internal processes.



Project Delivery & Execution



  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality output, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.

  • Coordinate and manage internal teams (local and regional) and external vendors/partners to ensure flawless project execution.

  • Oversee project procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, contract management, and scope of work development.

  • Manage and track all project changes, risks, and issues with appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.
