Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation, and drive execution from initiation to closure.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability to align stakeholders with project goals.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and key decisions to senior management, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Own project delivery, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting requirements.
- Manage projects from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, training, documentation, and implementation per methodologies.
- Work with leadership to drive major organizational initiatives in alignment with business strategy.
