Responsibilities

Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure

Create and maintain project documentation including:

  • Project plans
  • Budget tracking
  • Risk & issue registers
  • Change requests
  • Business requirements
  • Test plans
  • Cutover and implementation plans

Coordinate cross‑functional teams including:

  • Business stakeholders
  • Customer IT teams
  • Vendors and service providers
  • Internal delivery teams

Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations

Lead customer workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap analysis activities
