IT Senior Onsite Support

Responsibilities

• SAP – purchase request and shopping cart support, invoice delivery within IT, procurement, requesters and vendors.
• Coordination with vendor for quotations, new IT purchase requisitions, IT hardware discussion, arrival, collection and installation.
• Inventory control and asset management for hardware and software.
• To follow up, resolve with technical support, IT related requests, reporting, system access, and operation coordination on end users and top management.
• Setup, install troubleshoot and support IT hardware including but not limited to PC/laptop, thin client, printer (barcode/LaserJet/photocopier), barcode scanner, desk phone, interactive display, and infokiosk.
• Setup, install and support company PDA, tablet, and mobile phones.
• Setup, install, update, troubleshoot and support IT software, including but not limited to softphone, SAP, MES Miracom, Wafer Map, MS Office, AutoCAD, JMP, C...
