Job Description

Stannah Group is looking for an IT Service Technician based in Longparish to manage user queries and IT issues. This role involves supporting ongoing process improvements through analysis and maintaining SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for support requests, coordinating issue resolution, and delivering first-line investigation. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude.

Work hours are 08:30 - 17:15, Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 - 13:30 on Friday. Join our supportive team!
