Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Software Development Manager to design, build, and operate high-throughput, cloud-enabled platforms that transform complex data into meaningful outcomes. This is a player/coach role, where you will lead a team while actively contributing to development (20 30% hands-on coding). You'll guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery across the full software development lifecycle, helping scale systems that have real-world impact.
