Job Description
- Provide area IT support to employees for hardware, software, network-related issues, and remote support requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and security.
- Install biometric systems as required and provide maintenance support.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and security systems.
