What You'll Do

As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and network environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, Adobe, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Administering Active Directory user access and permissions
  • Setting up and maintaining VPN access and network credentials
  • Monitoring network performance and implementing optimization strategies
  • Managing firewall configurations, bandwidth allocation, and ISP routing
  • Supporting end-users with escalated technical issues
