What will you be doing?

In this role you’ll provide high‑quality end‑user support while also engaging in modern AI‑driven development work. Your responsibilities span user support, device management, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows, ranging from resolving first‑ and second‑line support cases to improving internal processes and building smarter ways of working with AI tools.
