Roles & Responsibilities: . Provide technical support and Install computer hardware, software and networks to new or exist staff . Maintain and update IT inventory . Monitor daily backup . Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment . Knowledge of online system (HR System - Infotech / Microsoft / Autocad) is an advantage. . Assist and renew of licensing (AutoCAD) . Setting up Printer software . Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned Requirements: . Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT . 1-2 years of relevant experience .
