Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our team. If you are a Windows power user who enjoys solving complex hardware and software puzzles—from BIOS configurations to Microsoft Entra ID management—we want to hear from you.
As our go-to technical expert, you will ensure our team stays connected, secure, and productive by managing our Microsoft Cloud environment and maintaining our fleet of Windows devices.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage Windows 10/11 environments, user profiles, permissions, and device configurations
- Cloud & Identity Management: Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA setup and Azure-joined device management
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Use the Windows toolkit (PowerShell, DISM, SFC, Event Viewer) to diagnose and resolve OS and startup issues
