IT Support Specialist: End-to-End Help & Training

Link-Worldwide is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Chihuahua, Mexico. This role will include providing end-to-end IT support, developing self-help documents, and conducting equipment setup and decommissioning.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field and at least one year of experience in IT support. Strong customer focus and advanced English skills are also required for this position. The role demands availability for on-site work across shifts.
