  • Technical Support: Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, acting as the first point of contact.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, including repairing or replacing components.
  • Installation & Configuration: Setting up, configuring, and upgrading computer systems, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners).
  • Maintenance & Security: Performing routine maintenance, managing user accounts, conducting backups, and updating security software to prevent viruses.
  • Documentation: Maintaining logs of issues and technical documentation to track incidents and solutions.
  • Graphic Design: Logo and website design, ID layout.
