Love solving IT problems and helping teams stay productive? We’re hiring an IT Support Technician to join our internal IT team.

In this role you’ll be the go-to person for resolving day-to-day IT issues, supporting employees across our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, and ensuring our teams have the technology they need to work effectively.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT support professional who enjoys problem solving, working directly with users, and taking ownership of technical issues from diagnosis through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to support requests and resolve hardware, software, and access issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve the majority of day-to-day IT issues independently
  • Escalate more complex infrastructure issues when required
