IT Support Technician

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading construction and structural engineering organisation who are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting users across a range of hardware, software, and business-critical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets across hardware, software, and user access issues.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
