Job Description

  • Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates for Microsoft systems including Windows OS, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
  • Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions within Microsoft environments.
  • Administer and maintain the organization’s VoIP or phone system, including setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
  • Set up and support new user accounts, email, and phone access.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support records.
