IT Support Technician

Overview

In the role of IT Support Technician , you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of national and international projects and programmes across G3 Systems’ operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first-line (Level 1) IT support to staff throughout the organisation. This will involve assisting with new starter and leaver processes, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user account issues, and ensuring the seamless and timely achievement of key service level agreements.

This position is ideal for an aspiring candidate looking to take their first full-time step into the world of Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) with a well-established operator in the Portland area.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering a starting salary from £24,000 (depending on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package.
