Description
Installs, maintains, administers, and supports IT systems, servers, appliances, and software. Provides Tier-1 and Tier-2 Service Desk support, escalating tickets to Tier-3 as needed. Works under minimal guidance and in accordance with IT policies and standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism in security, documentation, and communication.
Uses internal and external resources to complete projects, implement new systems, and troubleshoot issues. Collaborates with all departments to resolve issues and support IT initiatives. Participates in staff meetings and contributes to project updates and process improvements.
Performs patching and approved upgrades regularly. Maintains a safe, secure, and organized server room environment, including hardware installation and removal.
