Job Description

An established multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst (Level 1 or Level 2) to join their internal technology team based in Parramatta. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting modern cloud environments, and working closely with end users in a fast moving business environment.

You will act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk team, helping maintain critical systems and ensuring users receive high-quality technical support across the business.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for escalated IT incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user issues
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 technologies including:
    • Exchange Online
    • Intune
    • Teams
    • SharePoint
    • OneDrive
    • Entra ID
