IT Systems Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for an IT Systems Support Executive to support AKC's internal IT systems, network/server troubleshooting, user account administration, hardware/software setup, and internal digital tools.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in IT support, systems administration, network infrastructure, cloud services, automation, and internal technology operations. You will gain practical experience supporting end-user computing systems, resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, updating documentation, supporting backups, maintaining cybersecurity hygiene, and improving internal digital workflows.

By the end of this work-study programme, you will have hands-on experience supporting IT systems, assisting users, maintaining network and server services, troubleshooting technical issues, and understanding how IT operations support business continuity.
