Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To set up computers with appropriate software and user accounts.
  • To help staff who are having technical difficulties.
  • To ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner,
  • To manage the necessary software licenses,
  • Must have knowledge in hardware & software applicable,
  • To oversee equipment after consultation with other staff,
  • To assist with the development of policies, processes and procedures for the organisation, setup and renewal of IT.
  • Support internal Network, Server, Cloud and IT technical problems
  • Maintain and upkeep Servers, Networking, Firewall, VPN, Backup and Wireless/Unifi

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder with minimum 1 year working experienced in related field
  • Must have good attitude and passion Technology
  • Good knowledge in Window Operating System and Computers hardware
