Job Description

The IT Technician (Level 2) will be responsible for providing intermediate-level technical support, resolving more complex incidents, and maintaining and optimizing IT systems to ensure operational continuity.

• Prepare, configure, and deploy workstations

• Perform manual updates of equipment (workstations, servers, software)

• Diagnose and resolve incidents using a ticketing system (OS Ticket)

• Conduct technical onboarding for new employees

• Ensure compliance with strict security and regulatory standards

• Administer Active Directory (account creation, access management)

• Escalate complex issues to the systems administration team



PROFILE


• 5+ years of experience in technical support (level 2)

• Experience in secure or government environments (strong asset)
